Eligible employees are encouraged to participate in LFA's generous 403(b) Retirement Plan.  If an employee contributes a minimum of 4% of salary, LFA provides the employee 10% of salary the first 9 years of employment and 12% for 10+ years of service.

Employees can assess their 403(b) portfolios online and change investments at any time.  Principal also has a variety of learning tools and financial calculators available.
